My main interests are Computer Vision and Data Science and I have knowledge in AI & ML, Robotics, Software Development, and Management & Economics. Currently, I'm working at HackerRank as a Software Engineer Intern and also focused on building software to assist visually impaired at AiView.
About Me
I’m a senior at Cluster Innovation Centre, University of Delhi pursuing B.Tech in Mathematical Innovations and Information Technology and minor in Management and Economics. I actively work in the fields of computer vision, data science, AI & ML, robotics & automation and software development.
Since childhood, I've been interested in using technology or traditional concepts to bring ideas to reality by building projects which are helpful in real life. I'm very enthusiastic about finding solutions to interesting problems irrespective of knowing how to solve them. I would learn what is required to solve the problem and will provide a dependable solution which would definitely solve the problem. Initially I have started working in the field of Robotics. Then I have started working with technologies like computer vision and data science and I have explored the scope of solving real life problems using Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence and Software development to build useful projects.
My notable work experience includes working as an AI Software Developer at Tecstar Labs based in USA and my undergrad 1st year summer internship at, DRDO as a Research Intern. I’m also working on building a software to assist visually impaired at AiView which encompasses features such as voice assistant, object detection, navigation, OCR, face recognition etc. At present, I'm working at HackerRank as a software engineer intern and will be working with Developer Experience team on HackerRank for Work platform to improve plagiarism detection, proctoring tools and data analytics dashboard.

Depth Prediction - Monocular Vision
Extensive research has been done in the field of depth prediction using monocular vision and a new method to calculate the height and distance of an object from a camera has been found out.

Covid-19 India Prediction
Using improved logistic regression we have predicted in May 2020 that the daily number of new Covid-19 cases in India would fall below 10,000 by February 2021 and it was 95% accurate. Also analysed the spread of Covid-19 in India and studied it's impact on Indian economy.

Attention based Image Captioning
In this project, we have worked on the problem of Image Captioning, which basically involves automatically generating a natural description of an image. We have particularly focused on adding attention mechanisms to the domain of image captioning using attention models.

Extending the Lights Out Game
We present a general method to solve the classic lights out game of any N x N grid and also M states of the lights. Also, in our developed general solution, the final state of the grid can be predefined, that is, it is not necessary that all the light's states should be 0, it can be predefined by the user.

Sudoku Solver
Developed a BILP model to solve classic sudoku puzzle of any valid size NxN in the least possible time. Also, we were able to build a sudoku puzzle extractor which extracts the sudoku puzzle from an image.

Maze Solving Algorithm
Developed an unique algorithm which is not dependent on heuristics of the maze and takes a constant time for finding a solution of any n x n 2D maze (even of the highest dimension)
